ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The Writ Petition on hand has been instituted for directing the Respondent herein to return the Sale Deeds viz. Document No. 1460/2017 dated 10.4.2017 in respect of the property built by Ozone project Pvt Ltd. (called Metro Zone) Flat No. B.1104 Situated at Jawaharlal Nehru Road, Koyambedu Village, Chennai, seized from the petitioner during the search conducted on 18.08.2021 on the premises of the petitioner's residence.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the Court record.

3. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
