This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the above appeal to set aside the order dated 19.12.2022 passed in Crl.MP.No.639 of 2022 by the Sessions Judge, Special Court for trial of cases under SC/ST(POA) Act, Vellore.

2. Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered and the delay of 24 days in preferring the appeal is condoned.
