Respondents Prayer: Petition filed to modify the judgment of this Court passed in W.A.Nos.509, 445 and 501 of 2020 by allowing the impleading petition namely C.M.P.No.7416 of 2020 in W.A.No.445 of 2020 filed by the petitioners.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the applicants.

2. It has been pointed out that while disposing of the appeals on 18.8.2020, the impleadment applications filed by the applicants had already been numbered and therefore, they ought to have been formally impleaded in the array of parties.

3. The contention appears to be correct.

4. The order of this Court to the following effect, "The applications for impleadment have also been heard through the respective counsels and they also stand disposed of at the SR stage itself", is modified to the extent that the applicants applications viz, C.M.P.Nos.7416, 7417 and 7853 of 2020 in W.A.No.445 of 2020 and

C.M.P.No.7419 of 2020 in W.A.No.501 of 2020 for impleadment stand allowed and they shall be treated as parties in these proceedings. The application is, accordingly, allowed. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the judgment and issue a fresh copy of judgment to the parties.
