..Respondent(s) Directing the respondents to reconvey / return the land comprised in Survey No.31/1A1 (part of Survey No.38) measuring 0.07.0 hectares situated at Mampadi village, Veppampatti Post, Harur Taluk, Dharmapuri District which was acquired on 07.01.1994 for Adi Dravidar burial ground, as the same has not been utilised for the purpose for which it was acquired till date.

Mr.C.Jayaprakash Govt.Advocate Order This writ petition has been filed to direct the respondents to re-convey the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition in favour of the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, the acquired lands have not been put to use by the respondents despite the same having been acquired as early as on 07.01.1994 for the purpose of Adi Dravidar burial ground. The petitioner also claims that till date, no compensation amount has been paid to her for the acquisition. The petitioner had given a representation on 23.03.2026 to the respondents for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3.Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

4.No prejudice would be caused to the respondents if the petitioner's representation, as stated supra, is considered, on merits and in accordance with

law, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation.

6.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the first respondent to pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2026 seeking for re-conveyance of the property, morefully described in the affidavit filed in support of this writ petition, in favour of the petitioner, after giving due consideration to the supporting documents produced by the petitioner, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
