Respondent Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the records relating to the impugned order issued by the respondent in Na.Ka.No.6331/Aa/2011 dated 11.07.2011 and the consequential order of the respondent issued in Na.Ka.No.8551/Aa/2012 dated 09.07.2012 and quash the same and direct the respondent to conduct Special Selection Test and further promote the petitioner as Leading Fireman from the date of promotion of his junior Mr.V.Ramesh Babu.
