This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of judgment and decree passed in O.S.No.184 of 2009, dated 23.03.2017 passed by Principal District Munsif Court, Vridhachalam.

2. The learned counsel for Petitioner would submit that the Petitioner has filed application for issuance of certified copy of the judgment and decree and the same was appended in another second appeal. So, if a fresh copy is applied, it will cause further delay. Hence, he may be permitted to produce certified copy of judgment and decree. Accordingly, he filed the present petition praying to dispense with the production of the same.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to number the Second Appeal, if it is otherwise found to be in order.
