This matter is posted today before this Court under the caption 'For Being Mentioned' at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that in the web copy of the order, the name of the satisfaction Court was wrongly mentioned as "Karaikudi" instead on "Karaikal" and therefore, requested that the matter to be listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned'. whereas, when the order copy was issued it is mentioned as "Karaikal". 3.Taking into account the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioners, there is no necessity to make any clarification. However, considering the fact that the time period has already expired, the same is extended till 19.06.2023.
