Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners. This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been listed, today, under the caption "for being mentioned".

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners had submitted that by an order, dated 23.12.2016, the first petitioner had been permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount already deposited by the second respondent / Insurance Company. However, the learned counsel had submitted that the first petitioner may be permitted to withdraw 50% of her share in the award amount, deposited by the second respondent / Insurance company. In view of the submissions made by the parties concerned, the first petitioner is permitted to withdraw 50% of her share in the award amount deposited by the second respondent / Insurance company. Accordingly, paragraph Nos.3 and 4 of the order, dated 23.12.2016, may be amended and a fresh order copy may be issued.
