ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the entire records in Crime No.1484 of 2011 dated 23.10.2011 and quash alteration of the FIR in Cr.No.1484 of 2011 dated 24.10.2011 on the file of the first respondent.

2. The petitioner in this case is the de facto complainant, who has challenged the alteration of the FIR in Cr.No.1484 of 2011 dated 24.10.2011.

3. Today, Ms.C.Gnana Soundari, WHC 35667, K-4, Anna Nagar Police Station, is present before this Court.

4. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.1484 of 2011 has been completed; Final Report has been filed in C.C.No.5137 of 2012 and the accused was acquitted by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 20.01.2014.

Recording the same, this petition is closed as having become infructuous.
