ORDER

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case and he has also made an endorsement to that effect and the endorsement reads as follows:- "This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to remand back the matter and give an opportunity to the petitioner to adduce additional document to substantiate her claim."

2. On a perusal of the above endorsement, it is seen that the petitioner wants to produce some more documents to prove her case. In view of the above, this Court is inclined to set aside the order passed by the trial Court and remand the matter to the trial Court for disposal according to law.

3. In the result, this Criminal Revision Case is allowed and the order passed by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, in M.C.No.133 of 2010 is set aside and the matter is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

remanded to the trial Court for fresh disposal. The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Coimbatore, is directed to give sufficient opportunity to both parties to adduce oral and documentary evidence and dispose the case, according to law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
