Earlier, this Court by an order dated 21.11.2022 allowed the Criminal Revision Case on condition that the petitioner shall deposit the remaining cheque amount on or before 23.12.2022. However, today when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for petitioner would submit that the petitioner could not able to comply the said condition, since he is a coolie and he could not able to mobilise the find. Now, he is ready and willing to deposit the remaining cheque amount as directed by this court. Accordingly, he filed the present petition to extend the time already granted by this Court.

2. Considering his submissions, this petition is ordered and time is extended to the petitioner till 29.05.2023 to pay the remaining cheque amount as directed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.311 of 2018, from the date on which, the order copy made ready.
