This writ petition has been filed to direct the third respondent to process the petitioner's application bearing Nos.2024/0105/12/481097, 2024/0105/12/481398 and 2024/0105/12/481099 for Sub-Division of Patta transfer and issue fresh patta to the petitioner.

2. Heard Mr.P.Swaminathan, learned counsel for petitioner and Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathik, learned Government Advocate appearing for respondents.

Mr.S.J.Mohamed Sathick, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the the respondents would submit that the petitioner's applications will be considered in due course of time. Page No.2 of 5

Taking into consideration the limited relief sought for in this writ petition and without going into the merits of the case, there shall be a direction to the respondents to consider the applications of the petitioner dated 06.01.2024 and 08.01.2024 and deal with the same on its own merits and in accordance with law after issuing notice to all the interested parties and a final decision shall be taken within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the same shall be communicated to the petitioner.

5. This Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
