2. Mr.K.B.Gopi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for restoring the Second Appeal. He has filed an application for impleading the legal heirs of the deceased sole respondent and the said application is yet to be numbered.

3. Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, C.M.P.No.10214 of 2022 is ordered and S.A.No.327 of 2007 is restored to file.

4. Registry is directed to post the Second Appeal for final hearing on 23.01.2023.
