ORDER

By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for a direction, directing the

respondents to consider and pass orders on the representation dated 07.11.2024 and 18/19.02.2026 of the Petitioner and consequently provide/allot a residential house to the petitioner as per her eligibility.

3. It is case of the petitioner that the petitioner she is a senior citizen permanently residing in the present address for more than 40 years. While so, the respondent board has introduced a scheme to build 191 number of fireproof roof house and the petitioner was allotted to token in Hut No.149, however, the petitioner was not provided any houses. In this regard, the petitioner made several representations to the respondents on 07.11.2024, 18.02.2026 & 19.02.2026, however, they are pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

4.Heard both sides and perused the materials placed on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the second respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 07.11.2024, 18.02.2026 & 19.02.2026 and pass appropriate order on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
