Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 438 of Cr.P.C., to modify the condition as the petitioner shall report before the K.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders instead of report before the Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11018 of 2019 dated 27.07.2020.

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the K.K.Nagar Police Station, Chennai daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m, until further orders instead of report before the Thiruvannamalai Town Police Station, as order passed in Crl.O.P.No.11018 of 2019 dated 27.07.2020.

2. Earlier, when the matter was listed, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence, the matter was directed to be posted today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today, there is no representation on behalf of the revision petitioner.

3. Hence, the Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
