This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent/respondent for the willful, intentional, disobedience and failure to comply with the order dated 28.08.2024 made in WP.no.24246 of 2024, thereby the respondent herein was directed to consider the petitioner's representation within a time frame.
