This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for non compliance of the order dated 30.10.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.23728 of 2019, thereby directed the respondent to consider and

dispose the representation submitted by the petitioners on merits and in accordance with law.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent considered the representation submitted by the petitioner and passed order by the proceedings dated 02.09.2025. He also produced a copy of the proceeding dated 02.09.2025, before this Court.

Recording the said submission, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
