ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondent for his mislead and obtained orders from this Court in Crl.O.P.No.3613 of 2025 dated 12.02.2025.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners filed the above petition in Crl.O.P.No.3613 of 2025 to quash the FIR in Crime No. 273 of 2023 and this Court by an order dated 12.02.2025 dismissed the same as infructuous, since the respondent had already been completed the investigation and filed final report on 27.10.2024. However, no final report has been filed by the respondent. 3.
The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that on 25.10.2024 itself, the respondent police filed charge sheet through E-filing and the same has been taken cognizance in C.C.No.132 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruporur.
