ORDER
This Contempt Petition has been filed to punish the respondents for non compliance of the order dated 23.01.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.34263 of 2023, thereby directed the respondents to consider the representation submitted by the petitioners in the light of the order passed in W.P.Nos.21349 of 2023 etc., batch dated 03.08.2023, as the benefits have been extended to similarly placed persons and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks. 2.
The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondents considered the petitioners' representation and passed government orders dated 14.07.2025 & 28.07.2025 respectively. He also produced a copy of the government orders dated 14.07.2025 & 28.07.2025 before this Court. 3.
Recording the above submissions, this Contempt Petition is closed.
