ORDER

The petitioner, being a Co-operative Society, made a representation dated 30.06.2015 to the respondents to reduce the lease amount. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation and without going into the merits of the same, a direction is issued to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.06.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
