..Respondents PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records in connection with the impugned order of the fourth respondent in File No.E (C) - 56/2/2002-Est (Vol-Vi)/D 1935 dated 15.06.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to renew the petitioner's lease for a further period of 30 years by fixing a fair rent.
