ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, praying to direct the second respondent to register the complaint dated 21.09.2015.

2. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner as as complainant has given the complaint in question on 21.09.2015 to the second respondent, wherein, certain corrupt practices of one K.S.Chinnusamy has been mentioned. But the second respondent does not register the same so far.

3. Considering the nature of allegations made in the complaint dated 21.09.2015 and also considering the long pendency, this Court is of the view to give the following direction:- "In fine, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The second respondent is strictly directed to look into the complaint dated 21.09.2015 and if cognizable offence is made out, register the same and proceed further without causing further delay. "
