ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2024.

2. The 2nd petitioner, who is the Power Agent of the petitioners sold the property to one Mr.P.Tamil Selvan on 13.05.2022. Under these circumstances, the petitioners made representation dated 22.02.2024 seeking compensation.

While so, the said Tamil Selvan also made a representation dated 26.07.2024 and, this Court vide its order dated 06.01.2026 made in W.P.No.34025 of 2024 directed the respondents to dispose of the representation of the petitioner therein. When the purchaser filed a writ petition and obtained order, certainly, no further direction can be issued based on the representation of the seller, since the purchaser is in possession of the property. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.

3. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 11-03-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order KKN
