O R D E R
The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the respondent / husband is coming to India on 10.09.2019. During that time, the petitioner / wife can cross examine him and get cross examined herself during his presence in India, failing which, the cross examination of witnesses can go on through Video conferencing.
2. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the parties to complete the cross examination of the witnesses, particularly, husband and wife between 11.09.2019 and 18.09.2019. Further, a direction is given to the Family Court, Chennai, to complete the cross examination of these witnesses within the said period. Parties should adhere to the direction of this Court in letter and spirit.
3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, connected civil miscellaneous petition is closed. 21.08.2019 bkn Note: Issue order copy on 06.09.2019 2/ 4
