(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) On hearing the learned counsel for the petitioner and on perusing the petition, we are of the view that this matter cannot be a subject matter of a public interest litigation, but the petitioner is free to pursue his representation before the Wakf Board stated to have been made on 15.07.2015.
