( Civil Appellate Jurisdiction ) Thursday, the Fifteenth day of July Two Thousand Twenty One PRESENT THE HON`BLE MR JUSTICE G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN CMP No.10390 of 2021 in CRP.PD.3562 of 2017 G.SENTHIL KUMAR [ PETITIONER ] Vs S.ABIRAMI [ RESPONDENT ] Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time granted in order dated 15.03.2021 made in the above CRP to comply with the conditions imposed therein for an another period of 6 months.(in CMP.No.10390/2021) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NANDHA KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed for extension of time to comply with the order passed by this Court dated 15.03.2021 in C.R.P (PD) No.3562 of 2017.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to COVID-19 pandemic circumstances, the petitioner is not able to comply the order passed by this Court dated 15.03.2021 in C.R.P (PD) No.3562 of 2017.

3. Considering the said submission, this Court is inclined to extend the time for further period of six weeks from today to comply the order passed by this Court, failing which, the order passed by this Court in C.R.P (PD) No.3562 of 2007 dated 15.03.2021 shall stand automatically cancelled.
