CRIME NO. 451/2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of the petitioner that shall report before the respondent police on Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders imposed in Crl.M.P. No. 6782/2020 in Crl.O.P. No. 10473/2020 dated 09.11.2020 on the file of this Hon`ble High Court. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.SUBASH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 09.11.2020 in Crl.MP.No.6782 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.10473 of 2020, this Court had directed the petitioners to report before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders. Again, this petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instruction, submits that the petitioners has been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 09.11.2020 alone stands modified and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. All other conditions remain unaltered.
