3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the nature of the offence and the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), it is not desirable to relax the condition.
