The learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that the matter has been settled out of Court and hence he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Appeal Suit. He has also filed a Memo dated 12.03.2016 before this Court today.

2. In view of the submission made, and memo filed by the learned counsel for the appellant, this Appeal Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. No costs.
