ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to relax the condition that "the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m for a period of eight weeks" in the order dated 03.03.2026 in Crl.O.P.No.5359 of 2026.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5359 of 2026 dated 03.03.2026 is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
