PRAYER : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal pending before him as Appeal No.407/2016 against the order passed by the 2nd respondent herein vide Na.Ka.Aa.No.4/3087/2015 dated 09.12.2016 within a period of stipulated time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

By consent of both parties, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.This Writ Petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the appeal bearing No.407/2016 filed against the order passed by the 2nd respondent vide his proceedings in Na.Ka.Aa.No.4/3087/2015 dated 09.12.2016, within a stipulated period to be fixed by this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the 1st respondent to dispose of Appeal No.407 of 2016 pending on his file, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner and all other interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.The Writ Petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
