This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to file final report in Crime No.104 of 2015 dated 22.04.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, investigation is pending in Crime No.104 of 2015 before the respondent.

4. The respondent-Police is directed to investigate and file a Final Report expeditiously, before the concerned court, under due intimation to the defacto complainant.
