ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 174(3) Cr.P.C. alter to 306 IPC in Crime No.54 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant, who is father of the deceased, lodged a complaint before the respondent police that A1 and the deceased are husband and wife and A1 is an alcoholic addict and he did not given money to the family. Hence, a dispute was arose between the couples. A2 and A3 are friends of A1. On the occurrence day, all the accused joined together and threatened the deceased. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and no way connected with the alleged offence and the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is the friend of A1. Hence he prays to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is the friend of A1 and investigation is still pending and hence, he vehemently opposed to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
5. Taking into consideration of the facts and circumstance of this case and considering the serious allegation levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
