ORDER

The petition has been filed to direct the Respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2025 seeking reimburse the Sum of Rs.1,17,780/- incurred by the Petitioner towards food expenses for the hostel students of Government Tribal Residential Middle School, Perumbur, Sankarapuram Taluk Forthwith.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that he is a retired Headmaster, whose service was extended from 01.07.2013 to 31.05.2014 due to shortage of staff and he was appointed as Hostel Warden of Government Tribal School, Perumbur. While so, on the basis of oral instructions and the assurance given by the fourth respondent, he spent Rs.1,17,780/- towards food expenses for the students. But the fourth respondent failed to reimburse the amount spent by him.

3. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner made several oral and written representations before the fourth respondent for which there is no response till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the relief now sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the first respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.11.2025, on merits and in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner showing the proof that the said amount have been paid by him, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
