Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned letter dated 11.10.2014 issued by the first respondent and consequential work stop notice dated 11.10.2014 and quash the same, consequently direct the respondents to permit the petitioner to run the Fabrication and Art work in the premises.
