O R D E R
The criminal revision case has been filed seeking to set aside the the order dated 18.02.2022 passed in Crl.M.P.No.70 of 2021 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpet and to consequently direct the respondent Police to conduct further investigation and to file the final report in Cr.No.1 of 2016 in accordance with law. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner filed complaint before the law enforcing agency and the law enforcing agency filed referred charge sheet in R.C.S.No.1 of 2020, against which the petitioner filed protest petition in Crl.M.P.No.70 of 2020 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Chengalpet and the said petition was dismissed. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, it would suffice, if this Court permits the petitioner to file a private complaint against the offenders in the manner known to law.

3.In view of the above, this criminal revision case is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out the remedy in the manner known to law.
