This application is filed seeking to extend the time period for completion of the arbitral proceedings by a further period of nine months from the date of the order of this court in the present application between the applicant and the respondents arising out of the Share Purchase Agreement dated 15.10.2014 and the Escrow Agreement dated 27.11.2014.
2. Heard Mr.T.K.Bhaskar, learned counsel for the applicant and Ms.Hema Srinivasan, learned counsel for the respondents.
3. It is stated by the learned counsel for the applicant that arguments in the proceedings are complete.
4. Learned counsel for the respondents has not expressed any serious objection for extension of time.

5. Though the learned counsel for the applicant sought extension of time by nine months, it cannot be granted, as the arguments are over in the arbitral proceedings and that only an award is to be passed.
6. In view of the same, time is extended by four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for completion of the Arbitral proceedings and for passing the award. The parties are directed to co-operate with the Arbitrator for passing the order, as expeditiously as possible.
