Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to permit the students (as per the list of students enclosed along with this Writ Petition) of the petitioner institute viz., Vivekanandha Teacher Training institute at Puducherry, to complete their D.T.Ed., course and consequently permit them to get their diploma certificates on their successful completion of their D.T.Ed. course.
