to dispose of the petitioner's online application in Appl.No.2022/0103/05/192850 dated 23.09.2022 for patta name transfer for the lands in Survey No.485/1C1 to an extent of 49.5 cents situated at Elagiri Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District within a stipulated time.

This writ petition has been filed for issue of a writ of mandamus directing the fourth respondent to act upon the online application submitted by the petitioner on 23.09.2022 wherein, the petitioner is seeking for transfer of patta in his name with respect to the subject property.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents.
3. The petitioner is relying upon the sale deed dated 27.12.2021, in order to establish his title. The petitioner submitted the online application seeking for transfer of patta in his name. Since the same was not acted upon, the present writ petition has been filed before 2/4
this Court.
4. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the fourth respondent to act upon the online application dated 23.09.2022 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shal be no order as to costs.
