ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking modification of the conditions in Paragraph No.7(c) of the order dated 24.03.2026 in Crl.OP.No.7336 of 2026.

2. The petitioner seek modification of the reporting conditions, citing difficulties in compliance. However, it is observed that the petitioner has failed to comply with the original directions of this Court to date. Consequently, in the absence of any bona fide effort to obey the earlier directions, this Court finds no valid ground or change in circumstances to warrant a modification.

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 22-04-2026 Jeni
