The present Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to substitute the proposed respondents herein as the respondents 2 to 4 being the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent L.Sounder who passed away on 03.11.2016 in W.P.No.33291 of 2004.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Post the case on 29.07.2022.
