This petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2018 on the file of Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode and transfer the same to the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore. 2.When this petition is taken up for hearing, Ms.M.Indira Priyadarshini, learned counsel representing Mr.N.Manokaran, learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode to the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4.In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub Court, Sathyamangalam, Erode is ordered to be https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

withdrawn and transferred to the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore.

The learned Subordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam, Erode is directed to transmit all the records pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.33 of 2018 to the file of Principal Family Court, Coimbatore, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
