This petition is filed by the petitioners to bring on record the respondent Nos.4, 5 and 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased 1st respondent in the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents submitted that he has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. In view of no objection submitted by the learned counsel for the respondents and being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendments in the cause title of the Second Appeal.

6. Post the second appeal on 18.06.2025.
