This Criminal Original Petition is filed to cancel the bail granted to the second respondent in Crl.O.P.No.18344 of 2020 dated 27.11.2020 by this Court in Crime No.4099 of 2020 on the file of the first respondent. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that on the suggestion made by this Court and after getting concurrence from the petitioner, the learned counsel seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. The petitioner's only apprehension is that the respondent police, investigation is yet to be completed and final report is to be filed and due to insensitiveness of police. It might take long time, to file final report.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent submitted that investigation in this case is in the final stage and the final report to be filed, shortly preferably within a period of three months.
