Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.7086 of 2021 order dated 16.04.2021 viz, the petitioner shall appear before the Inspector of police, Vazhappadi police station, Salem district daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.ANBALAGAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7086 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 409 of IPC in Crime No.593 of 2020, while granting anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police, as and when https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
