Respondents Original Applications filed before the Tamil Nadu Administrative Tribunal praying to quash the proceedings of the first respondent in R.C.No.Ser.III(1)/66329/1999 dated 02.04.2002 and for a direction to the respondents to include the name of the petitioner in the panel year of 1998 in the list of Tahsildar and to direct the respondents to forthwith include the name of the petitioners in the list of Tahsildar for the year of 1998 and consequently give them promotion as Tahsildar with retrospective effect from the date on which their Junior Mr.G.Kothandaraman got promotion as Tahsildar in Cuddalore District with all monetary and other attendant benefits, have been transferred to this Court on the abolition of the Administrative Tribunal and renumbered as W.P.Nos. 5895 and 5896 of 2007.
