This application has been filed to condone the delay of 3758 days in filing the above Review Petition to review the order dated 15.12.2011 passed in W.P.No.4521 of 2007.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The writ petition is of the year 2007 and the order was passed in the writ petition on 15.12.2011. Now, the petitioner herein has filed this review application with such an enormous delay of 3758 days. The petitioner has not explained the enormous delay with sufficient and justifiable reason.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to condone such an enormous delay. Hence, this petition is dismissed.
