Seeking issuance of patta on the ground that document has been registered in favour of the petitioner giving title, a representation dated 04.08.2014 has been made. The request made by the petitioner to the 2nd respondent was referred to the 1st respondent on 08.08.2014. As the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Taking into consideration the pendency of the representation dated 04.08.2014 of the petitioner with the 1st respondent and no orders have been passed in pursuant to the communication dated 8.8.2015, the 1st respondent is directed to conduct detailed enquiry and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
