This Criminal Original Petiion is filed to transfer the investigation in Crime No.569 of 2022 on the file of the 1st respondent to the 2nd respondent on the ground that the complaint registered in the year 2022 not yet been properly investigated and the material placed by the petitioner herein, who is arrayed as 8th accused, not properly probed.
2. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents submits that the investigation is almost completed and forensic audit report of Muthoot Finance is awaited, since the petitioner along with others had pledged the very same jewel for multiple times with the connivance of the Manager, Muthoot Finance.
3. Further, the Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) also submits that the allegations made by the petitioner against the police is incorrect and in fact, there is material collected in the course of investigation to prove that this petitioner has received money from one Ambikadevi (A1) and the money has been transfer through Bank account.

4. The Learned Counsel for the petitioner states that he is in possession of account statement, wherein the jewel loan availed by him was not directly paid to him but to the Manager and from the Manager's account, money was transferred to his account.
5. The Investigating Officer, who is investigating the matter shall also look into it whether the said transaction lend any support to the case of the proseuction. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents states that within three months investigation will be completed and final report will be filed.
6. Recording the said undertaking, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
