The suit had been filed seeking a declaration that the sale deed dated 09.10.2012 registered as Document No.2249 of 2012 at the office of the Sub-Registrar at Adyar as null and void and not binding on the plaintiffs and for consequential injunctions as against the defendants. 2.

The property which is the subject matter of the sale deed is situated at Adyar within the jurisdiction of this Court and the sale deed over which a declaration is sought had also been registered in the Sub-Registrar Office at Adyar. Therefore, substantial part of the cause of action has arisen within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, 1st - 7th and 9th - 13th defendants are residing outside the jurisdiction of this Court. 3.

Taking into consideration the fact that the primary relief sought is with respect to the sale deed which has been registered within the jurisdiction of this Court, leave is granted.
